The objective:
The aim of the training is to prepare IT professionals capable of performing simple or routine tasks related to IT infrastructure in corporate environments. They should be able to work independently or as part of a team and handle subtasks within complex projects under supervision. Specifically, they should be capable of installing, configuring, and operating systems, software, and services. Additionally, they should be able to perform simple troubleshooting and provide user training and support.

A full term (14 weeks) of practical work experience in a professional setting.
