The aim of the training:
Mechanical engineers are capable of operating and maintaining machines and mechanical equipment, introducing and applying mechanical engineering technologies, organising and managing work, and performing tasks of technical development, research and design. The increased demand for mechanical engineers made it necessary for Óbuda University to start the mechanical engineer course at its Székesfehérvár site from September 2016. Several companies in Székesfehérvár have expressed their need in dual mechanical engineering trainees.

Work placement:
Work placement is an internship of at least six weeks in a workplace. Professional experience is a criterion requirement. For students participating in the dual training course, each period of study must be followed by an in-company internship.
