The title of the presentation delivered at the conference was “Thermal and Electrical Design of an Aluminum Substrate High-Power LED Matrix”. The authors (Norbert Attila Deák, Ádám Lantos, Kristóf Koppány Enczi, and Bertalan Beszédes) examine different LED matrix configurations through numerical thermal simulations and laboratory thermal camera measurements, and demonstrate that the optimized arrangement can be operated under stable thermal conditions. The topic of the paper focuses on the role of thermal management, electrical dimensioning, and prototype validation in the reliable and cost-effective development of high-power lighting modules.
The conference covered a wide range of topics, including applied CAD and CAM technologies, advanced design technologies, high-level simulation methods, intelligent control and communication systems, and novel prediction and optimization procedures. The event was supported by several renowned organizations, including Óbuda University, IEEE Hungary, and the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society.
