Our aim is to train professionals who recognise and acknowledge the irreversible fact that human resources are becoming increasingly valuable, in a constantly changing economic and market environment. In this context, the training of the workforce as a means of retention has become a priority area. The organisation and delivery of training, for both management and professionals, is a task where up-to-date methodological knowledge, the ability to make an impact and the ability to apply knowledge are essential. Competence development must be carried out by people who are able to apply these skills confidently and practically. This is now required not only by market needs but also by legislation. Our training is practice-oriented, with a training approach that is in line with the above, involving trainers who are active in the world of training, and in real-life situations. We welcome interested candidates who are committed to the profession of trainer and motivated to join us on the great journey towards a diploma.
Experiences with the training of organisational development trainers
Who is it for?
The training is open to people with a minimum of a BSC or equivalent degree. The training is recommended for those who are already working in the field, in a management or training capacity, and would like to reinforce their existing knowledge and experience with a professional qualification. On the other hand, to all professionals in companies and institutions who feel a sense of responsibility and have a job-related responsibility for their colleagues, co-workers, subordinates or for any trainees. Anyone who believes and knows that dealing with other people, teaching them, motivating them, influencing them, and having an impact on them is a huge responsibility, and can only be done successfully by someone with the right professional knowledge and learned competences.
