The aim of the course is to provide the necessary conditions for students to play sports regularly, to promote the components of a healthy lifestyle, and to raise awareness of the preventive values of exercise.
General Information
The subject of physical education is a criterion; therefore, students cannot be admitted to the final exam without fulfilling it.
Prerequisite for passing the final exam: fulfilment of the requirements for signing in two semesters.
Students who have not fulfilled the requirements of two semesters in the period proposed in the sample plan may, if justified, can do it until they are admitted to the final examination.
Students who have not been able to meet the requirements during termtime may, in a justified case, receive a replacement during the final examination period.
Physical education requirements
To obtain the semester signature, students take one of the courses in the subject advertised as AMTTE1KBNE in the NEPTUN system.
It fulfils one of the requirements A, B, C or D described below (method of fulfilment) during the semester.
- Requirement A: Active participation in classes of your chosen sport.
- Requirement B: meeting nationally agreed levels of physical fitness to maintain a healthy life; completion of individual rides, runs, cycling recorded with GPS application.
- Requirement C: athlete’s certificate, other sports activities that can be counted as class attendance.
- Requirement D: specialist IV. Exemption from subject requirements in the case of category (total medical exemption).

There is an indoor swimming pool in Székesfehérvár with 3 pools and in some of the semester’s swimming is accepted as a PE course.
Requirement “A”
Requirement: exact appearance in the lessons of the chosen course (20 lessons per semester). Students will receive information about the semester program and location of the chosen course, and the admission requirements for the semester. Active participation, acquisition, and practical application of the material of the lessons (assessment based on the activity in the lessons). The number of students is limited in all courses. Admission to the rented facilities and all sports equipment used during the classes are provided by the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Óbuda, Alba Regia.
Toning

The courses take place at the university, in a gym equipped with professional equipment, where it is possible to work out on a fixed track with free weights, as well as exercise on cardio machines. The classes are not fixed, there is a possibility for both individual and guided training.
- to achieve an ever-increasing level of endurance and training in all classes, observing the principle of gradation,
- to integrate movement into your everyday life, to have a need for sports in the future as well, and to exercise your lifestyle and lifestyle.
- to get acquainted with the use of different (traditional and newer) sports equipment during the semester.
- to master the concept and meaning of wellness, developing, and integrating the need for a healthy lifestyle into your daily life.
Table tennis

Students with even minimal qualifications are welcome to apply. In addition to the basic technical knowledge of the sport, the main goal is to satisfy the need to play.
- students should get acquainted with the characteristics, rules, tools and playing field of the table tennis sport,
- master the technique of correct punching, the technique of serving,
implement the palm and back punching techniques, - apply the learned techniques during the game,
- acquire the necessary practical knowledge, practical application,
- play single and double games,
- be able to solve different game situations correctly,
- develop the basic skills required for sports (endurance, resilience, speed, strength) in a conditioning room.
Body-building

The classes are not fixed, there is a possibility for both individual and guided training.

- to master the techniques needed to implement this good practice,
- to be able to apply exercises that affect different muscle groups correctly,

Strength Max

The course takes place in a rented Sport Centrum, a gym with professional equipment, where it is possible to work out on a fixed track with free weights, as well as to exercise on cardio machines. The classes are not fixed, there is a possibility for both individual and guided training.
- starting from a certain foundation, all students should achieve a higher level of endurance and training,
- integrate movement into their everyday life, to feel the need for sports in the future as well,
- learn how to use the new tools provided by the room;
- master the techniques needed to implement this good practice
- be able to apply the right exercises to different muscle groups – developing the basic skills needed for sports (strength, speed, endurance, resilience)
Squash

The racket used to play squash or squash is similar to the racket used in tennis. A sport played with a rubber ball in a purpose-built room (rented by the university). It is usually played by two players, but in doubles matches there are four on the field. Classes are usually held outdoors, so weather-appropriate clothing is required. Recommended for lovers of running.

Badminton (beginner and advanced)
Székesfehérvár SZC Árpád Vocational High School, Vocational High School and College, Székesfehérvár, Seregélyesi út 88-90. – gym, 4 tracks
Badminton is popular at the university; the racket is similar to a tennis racket. It is an exciting and fast-paced sport. It is usually played by two players, but in doubles matches there are four on the field. During the first week of physical education lessons, students can learn the technical basics and rules of the game based on instructions, and then the rest of the semester, the students apply the learned elements during a pair game. Beginners and advanced players alike will find a challenge during the lessons!
- basic requirement: “ball history”
- students get to know the characteristics, rules, tools, playing field of the sport,
- master the technique of correct punching, the implementation of palm and backburning techniques,
- apply the learned techniques during the game,
- acquire tactical knowledge, practical application of tactics,
- be able to solve different game situations correctly,
- develop the basic skills needed for the sport (strength, speed, endurance, resilience).
Requirement “B”
Basic assessment: the fulfilment of nationally accepted levels in motor tests used to measure the general physical endurance to ensure the stable maintenance of a healthy existence.
A basic assessment of the requirements must be carried out at one of the 12 weeks of training at an individually agreed time, which will be accepted if an appropriate result is achieved.
Fitness Measurement – test:

The requirement for the course is to complete one of the B / 1 performance levels and to complete all the exercises on the B / 2 performance level.
B / 1. In the field of aerobic endurance indicating circulatory status:
Cooper test -12 minutes continuous running / women: 2200 m; men: 2800 m /or cycling / women: 5000 m; men: 6000 m /.
B / 2. In motor tests indicating the state of general physical endurance:
- measurement of the strength of the shoulder girdle and arm muscles: flexion and stretching of the front reclining arm, continuous / women: normal 10 pcs, or aerobic (kneeling) 20 pcs; men: 40 or 10 pulls, continuously /
- measurement of hip flexion and abdominal strength: kneeling from the knees, continuous / females: 70 pcs; men: 70 pcs /
- measurement of the combined dynamic strength of the arm, torso and leg muscles: throwing a ball backwards over a two-handed head with a 3 kg solid ball / women: 7.5 m; Men & # 39; s 12 m
Performance Tour / throughout the country /
- By participating in a nationally organized tour, for which send the certificate to molnar.ferenc@amk.uni-obuda.hu.

Shorter distances, but more times!
1 time = 1 physical education class (10 times are needed to sign the semester!) You can choose either by walking (jogging in the meantime) 10km, or by running 5 km, or by bike 20 km.
All photos confirming the performance must be sent that day to molnar.ferenc@amk.uni-obuda.hu. Upon receipt of this, the given performance can be verified.
Requirements during the semester:
- either running 100 km – broken down – minimum 20 x 5 km, max. 10 x 10 km
- or hiking 100 km – broken down – minimum 10 x 10 km, max. 5 x 20 km
- or bicycle tour 200 km – broken down – minimum 10 x 20 km, max. 5 x 40 km
“C” requirement
Athlete Certificte, other sports activities that can be counted as class attendance:
- if the student regularly plays sports in one of the departments of the University of Óbuda in the given semester, and this is certified by the coach of the department.
- if the student is a qualified, active competitor of any sports association in the given semester and can prove this by match or competition minutes.
- if the student occasionally participates in house tournaments, university-college amateur sports competitions, sports activities within other institutions, and inter-institutional sports events.
- performance tour – can be completed throughout the country. Requirement: during the semester, running 50 km – broken down – minimum 5 x 10 km, or walking 100 km – broken down – minimum 5 x 20 km, or cycling 200 km – broken down – minimum 5 x 40 km.
A student who is admitted to the PROFESSIONAL IV is exempted from the subject requirements. categorized as FULL EXEMPTION.
The application for exemption must be submitted to the OE-AMK physical education teacher together with the specialist’s opinion during the first three weeks of the semester.
