Dean’s greetings

The Alba Regia Faculty of Engineering, as the only faculty of one of the largest technical universities outside Budapest, provides the full potential of the University’s intellectual research. Our faculty in Székesfehérvár is located in a highly industrialized environment, where half a century of engineer training in the past ensures quality and liability.

During these years the region received numerous engineers in electrical engineering, information technology,  surveying, technical management with excellent training and useful knowledge with a  practical approach. Recent graduates immediately find jobs and professional career opportunities in Hungary and abroad as well.
The disciplines you can learn at our faculty and the related interdisciplinary areas are important, marketable, perspective.

Really well-functioning schools, higher education workshops can occur in places where there is no sharp boundary between applied research, development, innovation and education.  Nowadays new technical results and applications can be achieved only by creative communities with self-sacrificing work.

Our faculty’s instructors, staff and students can be described as people-centred, qualified, self-confident, effective, and successful in the adjustment to social needs and expectations.

It is important to know that at our faculty students and teachers work together, which strengthens community cohesion for life.

During the years spent here, students are given not only modern knowledge but morality and a problem-solving habits as well.
